Running After 5 P.M.

Running after 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon is the most available time for people who tend to work all day. This is the only available time for most of us who has work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. But did you know that the best time to run is in the afternoon?

Most people think that the best time to run is in the morning but the truth is, morning  is worst time to run. This is because  in the morning you are unlikely have had no substantial food intake, body temperature is low, lung functions is poor and muscles will just feel stiff. The only positive outcome of running in the morning is building your mental strength to run, this is your "will to run".

Running in the afternoon have many advantages this is the time when your body temperature peaks this means your muscles are at their most supple and running at this times just feels much easier. Breaking your own personal time is best in the afternoon. The only draw back in running in the afternoon is psychological, evidently your mind is tired from working all day. That's what running partners and coaches are for, they motivate you to run giving you that extra push.
